Supporting team communication and effectiveness, Paul is an accredited practitioner of the Team Management Profile (TMP). The TMP examines an individual’s work preferences and how team members’ preferences impact the team’s ability to communicate and fulfill the eight types of work that teams do. This assessment can be administered to one individual with a 90-minute feedback session, or to an entire team with 4 hour or 8 hour workshops to digest and to learn from the results.

Speaking engagements & trainings are designed to complement consulting services, or can be tailored as a one-time event or series.
