If you are the senior executive in your organization, you understand the challenges of balancing leadership and management. You must simultaneously reprioritize tasks, put out fires, deal with funders, lead teams, and set the vision for the organization. While most executive leaders prefer leading over managing, it’s easy to get pulled back into the weeds of day-to-day management.
Through executive coaching, we examine your leadership style and your own performance expectations - and explore what needs to happen in order to cement yourself in the leadership role, instead of that as manager.
As the saying goes, it’s lonely at the top, especially for those new to an executive role. I not only provide coaching, but also lend a compassionate ear (in fact, I have two), and serve as a mentor. Together, we focus on supporting you in a role that’s uniquely yours and to which very few can relate.
